Royal Albert Hall

Youth Prom at the Royal Albert Hall

Following a run of rehearsals and bouts of serious butterflies, seven lucky pupils from Years 4, 5 and 6 enjoyed a once in a lifetime opportunity to perform on stage at the Royal Albert Hall. An audience of 5,000 people leapt to their feet in rapturous applause as the last note of the mass choir the children were a part of rang out. It was a joy to behold and something the pupils will cherish forever. Please watch the video of the rehearsal for an insight into what the day out in London entailed.  Special thanks to Angela Turton of the Oxfordshire County Music Service for organising this event. It really was quite magically!
